My deployment has been stuck in "Queued" state with the message "Deployment queued due to upstream GitHub issues" for over 50 minutes.
I already tried disconnecting and reconnecting the GitHub source in service settings, but it did not resolve the issue. This is affecting both services in my project.
Project: empathetic-nourishment
Services: ghg-mobile-combustion-app, zestful-learning
Environment: production
Latest commit that should deploy: 46c7e85 (main branch)
Could you please check what's blocking the deploy queue, or manually trigger the build?

Your workspace subscription is currently in an INACTIVE state, which means deployments may be queued or paused. You can reactivate your Hobby plan from your workspace billing settings to restore normal deployment capabilities.
