We're aware of these transient build queue issues and are actively working on improvements. We'd recommend cancelling any queued builds rather than redeploying, since additional redeploys can compound the queue.

We'd suggest holding off for now. Cancel any remaining queued or failed builds on the service first, then wait before triggering a single fresh deploy, as stacking redeploys can compound the queue.
