Deployment stuck on “Building image” after plan upgrade

Hi Railway Team,

I recently upgraded my plan from Hobby to a higher tier, but my deployments are still getting stuck at the “Building image” stage and never proceed to the “Deploy” or “Post-deploy” phases.

I’m deploying a .NET 8 Web API project hosted in the europe-west4 region. Everything was working fine before, but after the recent GitHub webhook incident, my deployments seem to hang indefinitely — even after upgrading the plan.

Could you please check if my account or region is still being throttled or queued under non-pro restrictions?
Here are a few details for reference:

  • Project name:CRMSystem

  • Region:europe-west4

  • Deployment source: GitHub

  • Error/Log snippet:
    auth sharing credentials for production-europe-west4-drams3a.railway-registry.com (and it stops there)

Thanks a lot — I’d appreciate if you could help me unblock or re-enable the deploy pipeline.
