Deployment stuck on "creating containers"

I was making a new service and deploying mattermost/mattermost-team-edition and the deployment gets stuck on Deploy > Creating containers .. it's been 23 minutes now and nothing happens.

I tried earlier with a different image, and that got stuck as well and eventually failed:

Deploy › Create container (26:36)
Failed to create deployment.

You have mattermost/mattermost-team-edition@10.10 when it should be mattermost/mattermost-team-edition:10.10

We got the error internally; we just don't pass that specific error down to the frontend. We have to be careful about passing down Docker errors to the user, after all.

I'll ticket this, and if other users start to run into this particular error, we can look into allowing the error through the filter.
