Hello there, I have been deploying my project for a while now but all of sudden today, the deployment just seem to be stuck and I didn't make any changes to my Dockerfile.

same - there were issues like this the other day as well that turned out to be degraded performance of some of Railways infrastructure - most likely same thing happening today
