let it cook, sometimes it just takes a second

I think something is wrong, I'm getting 10+ minute long container creation times across many environments and services

Just had a PG startup fail for that reason

FWIW I think it's good now, but for a good hour or two I had services not deploying

yeah mine is working fine now

mightve just been a blip
