Deployments are sometimes working sometimes not, when they do work the node service cannot reach the mysql service - or when it does it is refused connection.
Started with the MySQL database going down with lock errors, node then crashed with timeout errors.
restarted node - timeout errors
restarted mysql - restarted node - timeout errors
redeployed mysql - did not complete - aborted
redeployed mysql - worked - restrted node - connection refused errors
