I have received the following email:

Deployments and Plugins Stopped

You have reached the usage limit that you specified for this billing cycle.

Usage Limit$

We have removed your active deployments and paused access to plugins.

Use the link below to adjust your usage limit and reactivate your services.

I have already increased the limit, but I still don’t have access to my previously deployed resources.

In all cases, you can redeploy your services once the underlying issue is resolved, this can be done from the Removed deployment's 3-dot menu.
