Whenever I try to click on new project it just says "Deployments are going slower than expected" and has a button for go to account billing. I just upgraded to hobby so I am unsure as to why this is happening.

gm guys, i thought this message appeared because my free plan ended, and bought the hobbyist plan like 5 minutes ago. it did not solve the problem. is there a refund possibility in such case?

thanks for the quick fix guys! to anyone who is frustrated by this downtime, railway overall has been a great help to me. I have yet to experience any operational downtime, just builds.

I think it may also be beneficial to mention that there was no application downtime involved, this was purely related to pushing new code, so while it wasn't ideal in the slightest, running applications remained online and fully accessible.
