Hello,
I am trying to deploy two services, and they are both stuck at the Initialization phase. Specifically, the deployment status is:
"Deployment in progress: Taking a snapshot of the code..."

I tried to run it a few times when it doesn't fail, it gets stuck taking a snapshot after about 15 minutes and fails.

Does it give a reason why it fails or does it just time out? Also how big is your code-base?

No, the logs no show me reason why, just deplay more that normal.My code-base is not a big, its a 195MB. In some moments, pipeline broken, but no show me reason

Interesting, alright my original thoughts were that you may be uploading incredibly large files or something which would naturally lead Railway to take longer building your project
If this has been happening for a long time then one way to optimize this would be creating a Dockerfile for your project, that takes some load off of the building process
If it's working better now then it was likely just a spike in load for railway's builders which lead to slow builds
