For the last 3 hours I've been trying to get my applications to deploy, but it takes about 15 minutes in the deploy state before finally failing.
ⓘ Deployment information is only viewable by project members and Railway employees.

Hi, I've asked the team to take a look. I'll keep you updated once I know more

Hi, our infra team was able to identify an issue with your volume being set to the wrong region.
Your volume is in US East but your service is in US West. you can try to migrate either so that the regions match, and it should resolve the issue.
With your permission, I can also look do this for you.

After deployments failing yesterday for a continued period, I decided to switch the service to US East from West, but this did not help
I've tried switching it back to US West with no luck

Hi, your service appears to be up now, are you still running into the issue ?

Working now,
this issue happened suddenly and resulted in my prod service being down for more than 10hrs.
I know you mentioned something to do with the change in regions, but I only did that since it wasn't deploying in US west in the first place, plus I noticed on the Discord other users have been getting the same issue
I would like to know what could have gone wrong,
is it an issue with my configuration or something on railway's end.

We had some other users experience an issue with their deployments, but when our infra engineer took a look at your project, they only flagged the region difference between the service and volume.
I've also flagged to the team that changing a service region should also change the attached volume's region automatically.
