Deployments failing

Service 96c10739-7af5-4591-8b64-ce8f726f2a8e, production env. Deployments b384371e, 9a94ea4d, 6856e974 (all commit d4234f5) failed as infra_error with completely empty build/deploy logs — orchestration stops after container creation. The same commit succeeded at 16:11 UTC (ac482098) and its container is still running. Repo contains a Dockerfile + railway.json specifying the DOCKERFILE builder. Questions: why is orchestration killing these deploys, and how do we move off the failing pipeline?

Your workspace's subscription state is currently inactive, which is why new deployments are failing. The $5.00 credit balance is present but the plan has not fully activated. You can resolve this by visiting your workspace billing page and resubscribing to ensure the plan is active, after which deployments should succeed again.

So the free $5 credits are not actually free?

The $5 credit is free, it's a one-time trial grant you received when you signed up. The Hobby plan itself costs $5/month and requires a valid payment method. Your card was declined when you attempted to subscribe, so the plan never activated. You can try again with a different card from your workspace billing page, and the $5 trial credit will carry over and apply toward future usage once the subscription is active.
