Guess it's the aftermath of your GCP issue, but I've still have an issue with deployment.
Config :
VSCode + github + Railway + Vercel
From today, commit/push from my IDE to github works fine.
Vercel is also deploying correctly.
Railway doesn't "see" gihtub new push, and doesn't deploy (while the front is).
Any advice ?

Same, my new commits are not visible. Also when I try railway up. It gives error "Failed to upload code with status code 500 Internal Server Error"

Your latest deployments (around 09:08 UTC today) show a SKIPPED status, which means Railway did receive the GitHub push but skipped the build. This is likely residual impact from the service disruption earlier today, which has since been resolved. You can trigger a fresh deployment by opening the Command Palette (CMD/Ctrl + K) and selecting "Deploy Latest Commit" to get things moving again.
