Why are deployments busted? What is going on here?

Apologies for the trouble. We're aware of an ongoing issue, "Deployments slow to start," affecting deployments across US East, US West, EU West, and Southeast Asia. A networking issue on a single host caused a backlog, and we've removed the affected host and are scaling additional capacity. Deployments are beginning to progress again.
