We are having the same problem. We aren't able to make any new deploys to our app. The project has two contributors who have always been able to deploy automatically, but their commits now trigger the warning and require a manual deploy, which has never happened before. Clicking the "Deploy" button results in the error "Repository not found, ensure someone from the team has access to it." We confirmed that everyone on the team has access to it.

We don't know of any workaround to allow us to make deploys, so we are kind of locked out of our app right now.

You can add the external user to the Railway project at no cost. We also just shipped a way where GH actions can deploy into Railway sans approval.

In this case I am the only user working on the project so there is no external user to be added. I hadn’t been required to approve deployments previous to this error appearing in the past two days.

In your case, you need to link your GitHub account to your Railway account.
