Restoring your services is a manual process, you must manually redeploy the services that were shut down. See this FAQ for details.

When will deployments be back up? This is preventing a launch in 2 days.

I just paid as well but it said

Deploys have been paused temporarily

And railway said I need to wait because of the high traffic and the pro or higher will be in the queue first

I have been informed that it is a Railway traffic issue and until they get it fixed, we are all having the same issues. I sure hope they resolve it soon. Also wish there was a direct number to reach someone live for troubleshooting.

We experienced build delays earlier today that temporarily paused hobby-tier deploys. This has been resolved, and any queued deployments will automatically process in order - no action is needed on your part. We don't currently offer phone support, but you can always reach us here.
