deployments queued, processing deployment

Multiple deployments are stuck in "Queued" status on "processing deployment" for multiple minutes. Does not seem to matter what branch I deploy from, no logs to speak of. It was almost impossible to "remove" the active deployment on that service, requiring multiple refreshes of the page to see that deployment removed.

After 28 minutes, it is finally "initializing" for 2 minutes now. I see the announcement at the top of the page mentioning builds are slow, but it specifies for hobby and trial plans...

There is currently an active incident affecting build capacity, which is causing deployments to remain stuck in the queue. You can follow the progress here: https://status.railway.com/incident/ZLI8N955

We are throttling those users but it is to try to resolve the broader delays.

Why are you also throttling Pro plans but only mentioning Free and Hobby?

Pro plans are not being intentionally throttled. The underlying builder capacity issue is affecting all plans, and the throttling of Hobby and Trial is an attempt to free up capacity and prioritize Pro users. That said, the capacity constraints are severe enough that Pro deployments are still experiencing significant delays. Sorry the original copy was unclear. We understand the incident messaging is misleading and appreciate you flagging it. You can continue to track progress at https://status.railway.com/incident/ZLI8N955.

its a bit misleading the way you present the delay ( Hobby and Trial), I am on Pro and have been having significant delays for the last 6 hours.

We hear you, and the feedback is noted. The incident status page has since been updated to clarify that Pro users are also affected by the underlying build capacity issue. You can track progress at https://status.railway.com/incident/ZLI8N955

This incident would not have affected something 6 hours ago. If you have specific deployment that was delayed that long please link and let us know.

Apologies.

I want to investigate what went on for you further because it sounds like something not related to the incident. Could you open a separate thread with the details?

Regarding the incident, we have put in place a fix for the delayed builds and your builds should be progressing shortly. Let us know if you continue to see delays. https://status.railway.com/incident/ZLI8N955
