Deployments stuck in Queued before initialization, with no build or deploy logs

My service remains in “Queued” for more than 12 minutes without starting initialization or producing any build or deploy logs.

The deployment timeline shows:

  • Initialization: Not started
  • Build: Not started
  • Deploy: Not started
  • Post-deploy: Not started

I recreated the service and configured it again, but the same issue persists. Some earlier attempts changed to “Removed” without me intentionally cancelling them.

Current configuration:

  • Source: GitHub, main branch
  • Root directory: repository root
  • Builder: Dockerfile
  • Dockerfile path: /Dockerfile
  • Start command: python bot.py
  • PORT: 5000
  • Healthcheck: /health
  • Healthcheck timeout: 120 seconds
  • Replicas: 1
  • Region: US East (Virginia)
  • Wait for CI: disabled
  • Serverless: disabled
  • Required environment variables are configured

The workspace shows 17 trial days and $4.68 remaining.

Project ID: 84b62b4e-c64b-4727-a06e-a79c3a39d8b9

Current service ID: bf1beb51-9fca-426f-a63f-f376afd69f87

Could you investigate why deployments are not reaching initialization and whether there is a scheduling, capacity, or account restriction affecting this service?
