Your workspace subscription is currently inactive, which is why deployments are stuck in QUEUED and not building. You can activate your plan by adding a payment method and subscribing from your workspace billing page. Once the subscription is active, queued deployments should proceed.

Your Hobby plan is active and your workspace is in good standing. Since the earlier queued deployments are no longer pending, you can kick off a fresh deploy by clicking the 3-dot menu on your most recent deployment and selecting Redeploy.
