Project glue-ai (ID 499d1ec4-ed23-4d32-9f6b-03f1a5a8d5f0). Since ~03:08 America/Chicago today, every new deployment sits in QUEUED forever and never transitions to building (three consecutive: b9518957…, f296833e…, now 8969ba00… — first two manually removed to test queue-head clearing; no effect). GitHub webhook intake works (deployments are created within seconds of each push); billing is in good standing; status page shows no incident. Last successful deploy: 0de9e608… at 03:01. The service itself is healthy and serving.

Your workspace subscription is currently showing as inactive, which is why new deployments are sitting in QUEUED without progressing to the build phase. You can resubscribe from your workspace billing settings to restore deploy capability.
