I have two services that have been trying to deploy for about 25 minutes and are stuck in the QUEUED state without progressing to BUILDING.

Services:
@maris/api (dea99642-df97-431f-b532-c8f6a59f3f0e) - 3 deployments in QUEUED
@maris/web (e69b8225-6aaa-4989-97c5-133812097744) - 2 deployments in QUEUED
I tried forcing new deployments, but they are still stuck with no build logs.

Your workspace's Hobby subscription is showing as inactive, which is preventing deployments from progressing past the QUEUED state. There is no billing history on the account, so the subscription does not appear to have been fully activated. You can check your subscription status and resolve it from your workspace billing page.

The $5 you see is a one-time trial credit grant, not a subscription payment. The Hobby plan requires a $5/month subscription with a credit card on file. You can add your card and subscribe from your workspace billing page, and once the subscription is active, your deployments will proceed normally.
