Multiple deployments are stuck in QUEUED and not progressing:

Last successful deployment: 1ae5a6a5 at 16:36:46 UTC.
What I've verified:
Plan: HOBBY tier with headroom (1 replica configured, max 2 per service)
Build logs: Empty for all queued deployments — builders haven't started
Waited ~1.5 hours with no progress
Triggered manual deploy attempt — made it worse
What's happening: The builder queue appears frozen. New deployments go straight to QUEUED and never progress to building. No errors, no timeout—just stuck.

Your workspace is currently in trial status, which is subject to free-tier deploy restrictions during peak hours (8 AM to 8 PM local time per region). Deploys from trial-tier accounts are rejected during these windows, which explains why your deployments are not progressing. You can either deploy outside of peak hours for your target region, or upgrade to the Hobby plan or above to remove the restriction entirely.
