Your workspace's Hobby subscription is currently inactive, which is why deployments are stuck in the queued state. You can resubscribe from your workspace billing settings to reactivate the plan and unblock deployments.

The $5.00 credit balance is on the account, but it doesn't activate the subscription on its own. Your Hobby plan's subscription state is currently inactive, which is what blocks deployments from leaving the queue. You can activate it by completing the subscription setup (adding a payment method if needed) from your workspace billing page.
