Issue: Deployments stuck in QUEUED status for 30+ minutes, never transitioning to building. All recent deployments have been removed. Service is now offline.
Billing is current and account is in good standing
how do I contact railway support?

You're already in contact with us here - this is Railway support. Your Hobby plan and billing are current, so that's not the issue. Your "web" service currently shows its latest deployment as removed with no active deployment running. Try triggering a fresh deploy (push a commit or use "Deploy" in the dashboard) and let us know if it gets stuck in QUEUED again.

Yes, i just did fresh deploy and it gets stuck in "queued" again.
