Deployments stuck in "Queued" (upstream GitHub issues) — status pages green, reconnect didn't help

Hi, my deployments have been stuck in Queued for about half an hour. The status shown is "Deployment queued due to upstream GitHub issues," but they never start, Initialization, Build, and Deploy all show "Not started."

Project: disciplined-beauty

Service: Seleto (Node.js, deployed from GitHub repo enricocbarbosa/Seleto, branch main, root directory backend)

The previous deployment is still Active/Online, so the running service is fine, only new deploys won't start.

What I've already tried:

Waited, and still queued

GitHub status page: all green

Railway status page: all green

Pushed an empty commit to re-trigger — the new deploy also went straight to Queued

Disconnected and reconnected the GitHub repo in Settings → Source

Confirmed Root Directory = backend and branch = main

Could you please help unblock the queue? Thanks!

Your workspace subscription is currently inactive, which means new deployments cannot start. You can resubscribe from your workspace billing settings to resume deploying.
