Deployments stuck indefinitely in QUEUED with no build logs
All deployments in my workspace remain in QUEUED status. Initialization, Build, Deploy and Post-deploy never start, and no build logs are generated.
I reproduced the problem using a new minimal FastAPI repository containing only main.py, requirements.txt and Procfile. That project also remains queued.
The source repository and main branch are correctly connected. The Railway status page shows fully operational, but the issue appears isolated to my account, workspace, region or GitHub integration.

Your workspace is on the Hobby plan in a trial state, and your deployments are likely being held in the queue due to a temporary capacity pause. During periods of high demand, we may temporarily queue builds for Free and Hobby-tier users to prioritize Pro/Enterprise workloads. You should see a "Limited Access" indicator in your dashboard if this is active. Queued deployments will automatically process once capacity is available, and no action is needed on your part. If you need to deploy immediately, upgrading to the Pro plan bypasses this queue entirely.
