Per the title. I've seen other people reporting similar issues in this channel as well, just putting in my own thread to note that it has not improved since the last status update.

Hey, we just resolved the incident, if you have any in-flight deploys you will need to cancel and redeploy them.

We have since added more capacity in all regions and updating our monitoring to let us know long before this ever happens again.
