Deployments that worked ~30 hours ago now failing at "Creating containers..."

I tried rolling back my changes to the last commit that worked, and also tried redeploying the ones that worked yesterday. IDs are f11c2ae6-3b39-4d2b-91fa-955dbd98227f and 60d5279f-750c-4c3a-bd24-86d8fcde468c. I can't see any logs to work with.
