Deploys fail with message: "We don't have permission to execute your start command"

Error just started happening today, I've been deploying for months with no issues. I also have other services deployed from the same repo with the same start command that are still working fine, so I'm pretty certain this is a Railway issue.

Not sure if it's useful for debugging, but I did notice that the two services I'm having this issue on did have their most recent deploy "triggered by Railway", and my other services that are still deploying successfully did not have that message.

I am currently fully blocked and cannot deploy. I've tried to modify the permission like the error suggests, but it already has the right permissions. I've also tried a few things to get the image to rebuild, but to no avail.

@Harry Whelchel sorry for tagging you, but can you elaborate how you got unblocked here? I'm also stuck on this and it seems Railway isn't really aware of this as there are multiple reports of this on their forums
