"I'm on the Hobby plan, already paid, but getting 'Deploys have been paused temporarily' error when trying to deploy from GitHub."

Hey, sorry about this. This was caused by a build queue backlog that followed a prior outage. During recovery, deploys were temporarily paused while the queue drained. This has since been fully resolved and builds are processing normally for all plans. You should be good to deploy now!
