How am I supposed to work like this?
I deploy, I wait, and I hope it worked — this is not how a professional platform should operate.
It's exhausting to keep guessing whether my deployment is successful or not.
Please fix this. It's getting ridiculous.

Agreed it is frustrating. Same issue was happening yesterday as well. Seems to all be related to Metal... not the smoothest of rollouts so far.

Sorry for the frustration, but the logs not loading in some instances are an issue we are actively working on and are not related to Metal fwiw.

Thanks for the update, appreciate it.
Just as a small side note — I understand the current log issues are separate, but outside of that, it's been frustrating to see how simply attaching a volume can sometimes cause a service to flip between Metal and non-Metal, with no clear way to change it back.
Thought I'd mention it while we're here.

Unlucky timing with this on my database migration is causing massive downtime on my site (>30min) as its stuck in maintenance mode.

For me, changing the region to west and redeploying worked, and unblocked me! So if you're able to, it should be good. Not a long term solution for sure, but I can continue to work now!

Yes that is a good point, changing a region would be a solution, but may not be advisable depending on if your application talks to other services given there would be extra latency for cross region communications.
