Hi! I'm on the Hobby plan (current usage $1.10 of $5.00 included, no spending limit set). When I try to create a new project from a GitHub repo, I get the error "Deploys have been paused temporarily" and the project is not created. status.railway.com shows all systems operational. Could you please check my account and unpause deploys? Thanks!

We're sorry for the trouble. This comes from an active incident, "New builds are temporarily paused", which affects builds in all regions. We've already brought builds back for Pro and Enterprise workspaces and are bringing back the rest next, which includes Hobby. Your account has no restriction on it, so there's nothing to unpause on your side.
Once builds are back for your workspace, any deploy you triggered while they were paused has to be triggered again. You can follow updates on the incident page.

Builds are back for Hobby workspaces now, so you can create the new project. Creating projects was paused along with deploys, nothing was wrong with your account.
