Thanks for the detail, that helps. Your build is completing and pushing the image fine; what is wedged is the deploy step itself on this one service, where a previous deployment didn't release its place in the queue and is now blocking the new one from being scheduled. That is why cleaning the queue, redeploying, and restarting haven't cleared it, and why your frontend service is unaffected. This is not something you can clear from your side. We need to clear the stuck deploy on our end for the importlog backend service, and your queued hotfix should then go through. Your live deployment stays up and serving traffic while we do this. We're on it and will confirm here once it's cleared.

Good news, your importlog backend is deploying cleanly again. The stuck deploy that was holding the queue slot is gone, and your latest deploy went build to live in about a minute, so the hotfix is in prod. Your live deployment stayed up the whole time.

This was a short-lived scheduling issue on our end that's since cleared. If you hit a queued deploy that won't move again, redeploy once and let us know in here.
