Deploys temporaly deactivated

I started a new project, deploy crashed several times due to errors.
I managed to delete the project and correct errors on github repo.
But now I cannot deploy anything.

Apologies for the impact, we had to disable non-pro deploys due to an active incident: https://status.railway.com/cmmb88vaf0i92w0jvf6374je1. We've now re-enabled deploys for all plans, could you try again?
