Did railway block Nigerian IP addresses from accessing their site?

This has been going on for about a week now, i can’t the railway site from Nigeria unless I use a vpn, is this because of the recent DDoS accounts or does it have something to do with the fiber optic cable cuts?

this is more likely do to an ISP firewall block on your side of things

and unfortunately theres nothing railway can do if their users are behind a firewall

as previously mentioned, there's unfortunately nothing railway can do at this time about users who are behind restrictive firewalls

^ yep, this is because the railway.app dashboard is hosted on Vercel, and your ISP is blocking all Vercel sites. Nothing much we can do in this case 😕
