Did Railway obliterate my db?

I had deployed a project using a postgres database on the free tier a while ago and I am now trying to retrieve my data. I remember having two separate environments, one for the app and one for the database. Currently, I do not see the db environment. I still have all of the service variables associated with the db but I am just not seeing the db anywhere. I had quite a bit of valuable data that I need to retrieve or else the loss will be substantial and my boss will castrate me. Can anybody give me some insight on how I can retrieve the database I was using with Railway?

Nobody is going to reply? I guess they obliterated the help team too.

Hello,

Apologies for dropping this for 6 months, I honestly have no clue how that has happened, but we have since improved our internal processes so that no threads get dropped, you must be the most patient support user we have ever had though.

But to answer the question, we do not delete databases for any reason, not for unpaid invoices, not for lack of account activity, there is no reason or scenario in which we will delete a users database.

If a database is deleted, it would be a user initiated deletion that we cannot help restore.

Best,
Brody
