Difficulty Connecting MySQL Database to Navicat

I’m used to managing databases with Navicat, and databases from other services or different VPS panels are super easy to access. But this MySQL from here? Why’s it so tricky, even though I followed the default variables (didn’t change a thing)?

Please help me out!

Hi! You'll need to use the public IP. That's the private IP that only other services can connect to within your project. Please check the TCP proxy host and port in the service's settings.
