Disable docker autodetect

Hi, I have a Dockerfile but I don't want railway to use it. Is it possible to dissable the auto detection?

rename it to [Dockerfile.dev](Dockerfile.dev) or something like that, or delete it

is this still the case? we don't want to use railway for prod but do want to use it for previews for now
