I lost access to my 2FA device and do not have recovery codes.
I’m posting from this new account because I cannot access my original Railway account (2FA blocked).
My original account is linked to my GitHub account, and I have created a public repository named Railway-2FA-Reset to verify ownership:

Since you're posting from a different account than the one that needs the 2FA reset, we can't verify ownership through this thread. Please email us at support from the email address associated with your original (locked) Railway account, and we'll run the verification process from there.

You can find our contact details on our support page. Please reach out from the email address associated with your original Railway account. That will create a thread tied to the correct account so we can verify ownership using the repo you've already created.
