I have a backend service in railway and currently it can be accessed from anywhere. I want it to be a private service and only whitelist a few IPs (from services outside railway). In other words, I want to modify the inbound rules of this service. How do I do that?

sorry but that's not something we support, you would need to use Cloudflare for that

we do not have any plans to implement a firewall that the user can control
