I’m getting an error limited access to disabling provisions on my entire account. Can you tell me what this means and what I’m supposed to do?

Same here. I renamed a GitHub repo (not the one mentioned by OP), and that seems to have triggered the issue.
I made some progress by deleting the old service, disconnecting the repo, and reconnecting it. Everything looked fine at first.
But when I started updating environment variables, I got a “disabling provisions” message. Now I’m seeing: “Builds are paused due to an incident with deployments.”
