We recently encountered a critical issue where our team’s project database data has completely disappeared. We are unsure about the cause of this issue and would appreciate any insights you can provide regarding:
Possible reasons for the data loss.
Availability of any backups that can help us recover the lost data.

Can you provide a project Id? you could find this in your browser's history from when you opened the project, simply send us the link.
if you are looking for your database in the account you opened this thread with, you are looking in the wrong account given this account was created yesterday.

Our records show that the user has deleted the team, and thus all projects under that team was deleted.

If you don't have backups your data is permanently gone, sorry.
