My disk states its full. I know that upgrading to Pro plan is an option - but I would like to first check a few things:
1) How much disk storage do I have in Hobby vs Pro plan?
2) How can I check what is taking up all the disk storage?
The Hobby Plan states: Up to 8 GB RAM / 8 vCPU per service.
It seems that I have not yet hit the limit based on my screenshot. Curious why it says volume is full.

Disk storage would generally mean volume storage which you are at 500mb.
Can you confirm if you are on the trial plan and not the hobby plan? As the trial plan only allows 500mb of storage where the hobby plan allows 5GB

Yes, I am on the Hobby Plan at the moment but still have this issue.

This is the message instructing me to get the PRO plan when the volume is well under 5GB for the Hobby Plan...

@Brody This is quite urgent. I have paid for the Hobby plan and I should at least be getting the full 5GB and not 500MB.
Possible to get a response on this ASAP please? Thank you.

You simply grow the volume to 5GB.
I would have done that if I could - but there isn't any setting option visible for me to do it

You can find the option to grow the volume in the volume settings.

You can see the volume's settings tab in your first screenshot in the root message.
