Hello, I recently updated the DNS to add my custom domain. It shows the green check mark like it is active and when I go to the site, www.mpyfamily.com it is giving me the below error:

Application failed to respond

This error appears to be caused by the application.

If this is your project, check out your deploy logs to see what went wrong. Refer to our docs on Fixing Common Errors for help, or reach out over our Help Station.

If you are a visitor, please contact the application owner or try again later.

Can you tell me if there is anything I need to do on my end or if there is anything blocking the connection? My domain is with Siteground. Please help as soon as you can. Thanks.

What exactly is "it"?

You can check which port railway is using by going to the public network section.

Hey,

Did you check if you have the correct ports bound?

May be unrelated but make sure to add @ as well if you wish to use www.

based on what I was reading, it told me to use Port 8000. That is what I have it set to right now. Is there somewhere I can go to make sure this is correct?

I couldn't do my CNAME as @ because Siteground doesn't allow it so I had to do www. Then I did a redirect from my root url to www.
