DNS for .de domain

I have a .de domain name that I can't link to Railway's DNS. I ran a test on nast.denic to check and it confirmed that the problem

Your nameservers are unlikely to support root level CNAMEs as required by Railway, you would need to use Cloudflare's nameservers -
