I have tried multiple times to add a custom domain but the DNS records are just not updating.
I also deleted the custom domain and added it back again, still nothing.

Your CNAME record for os.activatevc.ai is correctly pointing to Railway, but the required TXT verification record is missing. Domain verification requires both a CNAME and a TXT record. Click "Show DNS records" next to the domain in your settings to see the exact TXT record you need to add at your DNS provider (GoDaddy, based on your nameservers). Once both records are in place, verification should complete automatically.
