Hi,
I added a custom domain to my service on the Hobby plan and it's been stuck on certificate issuance for over an hour, which seems abnormal.
Domain: www.arkham-companion.com
Domain ID: 8d480837-e83a-426f-9847-340fee223da9
Service: app (project: arkham-companion, environment: production)
DNS is fully propagated and verified — I've confirmed the CNAME record resolves correctly from multiple public resolvers (including Google DNS), there are no CAA records restricting certificate authorities, and Railway itself reports the domain as
verified with the DNS record status "propagated". Despite this, the domain status has remained on CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_ISSUING / "Certificate Authority is validating challenges" for over an hour without progressing. A direct TLS check against the domain still shows Railway's generic *.up.railway.app wildcard certificate rather than one issued for my domain.
Could you please check what's blocking certificate issuance for this domain, or manually retrigger it?
Thanks!

Hey there!
Just loaded it and your domain looks valid on my end! Are you able to try again and see if it looks good to you?
