Hello,

I purchased a domain through Railway (guardian-ai.app), but I currently do not have access to the DNS management.

I understand the domain is registered via Name.com, however I do not have the login credentials or any way to manage the DNS records.

I need to configure DNS (MX, TXT, CNAME) to set up email with Zoho Mail.

Please assist with one of the following options:

  1. Provide access to the Name.com account associated with this domain, or
  2. Enable DNS management directly within Railway, or
  3. Allow me to change the domain nameservers to another provider

This is currently blocking my ability to configure email services.

You can manage DNS records for your purchased domain directly in Railway. Go to railway.com/workspace/domains, select your domain, and you will see a table where you can add MX, TXT, CNAME, and other records needed for Zoho Mail. No Name.com access is needed since Railway fully manages DNS for domains purchased through us.

The described table it´s not available in my Railway.

It should be. Other users have been able to manage their domains from there without issue, so could I ask you for a screenshot?

When I click on the domain the page goes to the app page.

Of course, click on the card itself instead to open up the DNS management interface.
