I want to move DNS management to cloudflare, how do I do this? As I'm unable to edit the DNS records on the registrar.

Moving DNS management to Cloudflare is done by changing your domain's nameservers at your registrar to point to Cloudflare's nameservers - follow Cloudflare's full setup guide for instructions. This is a common workaround when your registrar doesn't support the DNS record types needed for Railway, and once Cloudflare is managing your DNS, you can configure CNAME records there to point your domain to your Railway service.
