Include that the service is healthy and running, but the domain returns DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN even after flushing DNS, trying different DNS servers, and redeploying multiple times. Also mention production environment isn't loading either.

What DNS you change it to? Have you try 1.1.1.1?
